Dear Students,
Welcome back after the summer vacations. I hope you enjoyed the vacations.
Let's start our task for the week.
I would like you to write a reply to this post describing/telling about anything worthwhile that you did during these vacations. It could be about a shopping spree, a holiday trip, cooking a new dish, helping somebody, reading a good book, observing 'aitakaaf' during the month of Ramadhan... or anything else that you did and that made you feel happy and accomplished.
Your reply should be of at least 150-200 words long.
Thank You
Best,
Akifa

ReplyDeleteAs Salam O Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. Welcome Back too Dear Teacher.
My vacations were full of learning new things. I would like to share some with my class friends.I studied differences between two major sects in Islam ;Sunnis and Shias. The purpose behind knowing differences was not fighting and hatred , rather it was a step towards knowing more about Islam and Unity. I always wonder why there is so much confusion about what sect to follow and what not for converts because they face a lot of problems when they start studying Islam. What I learned is never think that you know all about Islam, if we born in a Muslim family , it doesn't mean we know all. Our destination is to become a Mumin (there is difference between a Muslim and a Mumin)so we need to know our true purpose of being here in this world.
I also learned cooking roti this Ramadan, my first roti was like map of Finland and unchewable , now its acceptable Alhamdulillah.
My vacations were good overall.
Thank you
Aisha Iftikhar.
Assalam o Alaikum
